Ellie Mental Health Content Strategy Plan

I created the Ellie Mental Health Strategy Plan to analyze and improve their social media content across Instagram and Facebook. By collecting engagement data, visualizing it in Tableau, and identifying key trends, I was able to make tailored recommendations using the Start, Stop, Continue method. This strategy was important because it helped Ellie understand what content performs best on each platform and how to better connect with their audiences. In marketing, this kind of analysis is crucial for boosting engagement, building brand trust, and creating platform-specific content that resonates with different user groups.

These graphs visualize how different post topics, formats, engagement types, rhetorical strategies, and goals impacted engagement on Ellie Mental Health’s Instagram and Facebook platforms. By analyzing this data, I was able to identify what types of content resonate most with each audience—for example, videos and community-focused posts performed better on Instagram, while informational and emotionally driven posts were more effective on Facebook. These insights helped shape targeted content recommendations to boost platform-specific engagement and align messaging with user behavior, which is critical for an effective social media strategy.
