Hurons Content Strategy Plan

I created a comprehensive content strategy plan for Huron, a men’s grooming and skincare brand, with the goal of improving their social media presence, user engagement, and brand consistency. This report combined rhetorical analysis, usability research, and a social media mini-campaign to evaluate how effectively Huron communicates with its target audience of men aged 18–55. I interviewed users, analyzed their current content, and provided strategic recommendations around platform-specific content, voice and tone, and posting frequency. The plan emphasized humor, visual appeal, and clear value messaging to align with Huron’s identity as a fun, clean, and accessible brand. This project allowed me to apply content strategy and user-centered design to help Huron better connect with current and potential customers.

From Idea to Interface

These posts showcase how the redesigned Instagram content for Huron would appear on a mobile device. Each mockup features humorous captions, eye-catching visuals, and brand-aligned hashtags that reflect Huron’s values like being cruelty-free and American-made. By presenting the content in a realistic phone interface, the mockup highlights user interaction and brings the campaign to life. It demonstrates my ability to turn strategy and research into engaging, effective social media design.

Project Summary

This project challenged me to think critically about audience behavior, platform strategy, and brand alignment—while also pushing my creative execution through visuals and video. From research and analysis to content creation and mockups, I was able to craft a campaign that not only reflects Huron’s core values but also demonstrates my own versatility as a marketer. This case study is a strong example of how I approach brand storytelling with intention, empathy, and innovation.

Bringing Brand Values to Life
